Westminster, Md. Lynchburg College's women's lacrosse team couldn't hang on to an early lead, falling 16-9 in non-conference action at McDaniel on Monday afternoon. Sophomore attackman (West Chester, Pa.) scored two goals and made two assists, and senior defender (Short Hills, N.J.) picked up four ground balls and caused three turnovers. Lynchburg out-shot the Green Terror by a 30-28 margin, but the Hornets were hampered by penalties, yielding three first-half man-down goals.
